No Jeweled Eggs in Squiggeeland, Just Crabs
It seems that here in Squiggeeland , we are on a toot.....you know how it is ...an artist goes on a bender with a particular design format and creates in that vane until , she or he is off on another toot....I had to take a brake today from a rather complicated set of custom pillows ,that involves counting and mixing what seemed like thousands of colors...so I finished this crab and a small ornament...ever so often , I need to recharge your batteries...and today this little guy helped revive the creative juices...that custom work sometimes zaps...

Well - put this one on my list of things I have to get from you - in fact, I probably need to do several, as I have daughters, whose personalities it fits - jeweled crabs. LOL They would be splendid paper weights on a desk. I know what you mean about those design "binges." Have to do it until the well runs dry.
Just admiring this again - enlarged. I believe I would stitch the "jewels" like I do on my stuff with "bump" stitches in sparkly threads and with a good scattering of beads, as well as metallic outlines. what a joy this piece is!!
This is such a hoot! Love these and would be such fun!
