This is a companion piece to a tapestry I painted in 2006...it is 21" x 31" on 18st....and for the moment I am flowered out...after a intense project like this , I usually paint some very simple fun things....a little of this type of painting goes a long way...you would not want a steady diet of it...lol....statisfying when finished , but not many giggles when painting it.....

Por Fin! it's about time. Not many blog posts either while you were doing it. Is that a Rose Medallion bowl the flowers are in? It's magnificent, but YUK on painting it. You do beautiful work.
This is gorgeous! I can't imagine painting it. Since I am currently working two small Squiggee pieces I know how well done your canvases are. And I can't imagine the work that went into something this large and detailed!
Someone is going to have a beautiful piece of NP.
