Happy Birthday Squiggee-Buns

Today our sweet Boston, Squiggee-Buns turns eight years old. It is hard to remember life before Squiggee. She came into our life , and took over. These are three of her first photos. As you can see from the determined look in her eye, she she was not going to be a passive pup ,that just let life roll by. She loves everyone, and does everything full tilt....she makes a piggy snorting nose when she eats, with gusto, and snores, like ten men sleeping on a park bench. She loves the tape measure( the kind that is metal and unwinds from it's case) ... we keep a cheap one in the kitchen draw next to the back door, and use it to get Squiggee to come in...our version of a dog whistle.....if she hears you open the draw ....from a dead sleep, Squiggee will go like a turbo charged engine, from zero to 300 in seconds, barking insanely and making a b-line to the kitchen..you can't sneak anything by her.
So when I started the little canvas company, it was fitting to name it Squiggee...the name just fit..tiny compact designs that are fun..that is the essence of our little Squiggee.
At her first check-up, our local vet, beamed a big smile and said ,"this breed of dog will change your life." We thought that was funny at the time...needless to say, she was right.
