Funny how a design can survive the ravages of time and taste....my Alligator/Crocodile depending on where you are from....has been around since I first started to design a line of canvases in the very early 80's.....the top gator/coc was originally designed under the name Festival designs by Gail...he was the first... he was painted on 10st...around 20-22" long....he then became part of the wholesale line by Gail marketed by POIADesigns...he was so popular that I designed a smaller version on 13st , he was signed by Gail Hendrix , also marketed by POIADesigns....now we have the updated and latest version...called Crocodile Tears, because he has a clear glass blue heart bead, as a tear , along with a variety of green beads...he also has a little more tail showing...he is on 18st, 9 " x 3 5/8"..... and he is now part of the Squiggee family
the origins of this little charter started when I was in my teens....during the summers in Maine I would do little animal charters , put them in little painted frames( I used model airplane paint) and sell them at all the little art fairs...I did quite well...
funny ...I will be 60 on Monday...and It seems like yesterday....

I like the white flower - and also the water lily effect. How about some white water lilies on the current version? I like this guy!
