There are design elements that never seem to go out of fashion...the above custom piece is an example of two...animal prints and elephants.....these are staples in needlepoint...and over my long career as a needlepoint designer...I have painted them in every venue you could possibly think of leaving me with the feeling...been there done that...of course over the years canvases have take on a surreal form...most days I can't remember what I painted last week...much less five years ago ...the massive volume is enough to scare anyone....I could fill a stadium....really !!!!I do still recognize my designs...thank God...so all my cheese has not slipped of the cracker...just a little oozing over the edge...lol...
