OK....Dublin, Ohio....an unlikely place for the British Royals to have such a large fan group...Dublin...Irish ..NO?....but a cute shop called ..What's the Point...owners Becky and Lynn are celebrating in a big day the royal wedding of Prince William....I remember watching his mother marry and also designing a little corner chair for him as a baby....It was a hunting scene with a horn and ribbon with his name on it...lol...my God this makes me feel a hundred ...lol....
Anyway...when I talked to Lynn at What's the Point..they were having a big meeting the other day and going over all the final plans for their big day...the shop opens at 6:00 am and all is on sale but for my Santas O'Round The World club...their will be a big tea party all day with cucumber sandwiches and scones and of course tea...and a stuffed bride complete with tiara with have a predominate spot outside the shop...I suggested all the sales team wear brides veils ...well if you have gone this far ...What's the Point of not going full hog !...lol....
what fun...too bad I am so far away...I was a special invited guest...and I do love the British...their language, TV, Movies ..their food (some)....and my maiden name is McGuire !...
so if you find yourself in the vicinity of Dublin , Ohio Friday...do yourself a solid(Baltimore slang) and tip on in...I would !
